Form 470 notifications can be configured to alert you when new Forms are posted and collected by E-rate Manager. You can also configure filters to help you focus on forms that meet your specific reporting requirements. Notifications can be set up to be delivered via e-mail and within the E-rate Manager app itself.
These notifications are available under the Enterprise plan.
Enable and schedule
To enable or schedule notifications, go to the Notifications section on the My Account page. Just click you name in the upper-right and select My Account:
Then look for the Notifications menu option
On the page, the notifications available to your account will be displayed.
Click the Up/Down arrows to display the notification Activate button
Changing this from Off to On, will then expose the notification schedule and filter dialogs.
Schedule
To set a schedule, simply pick the Interval and Frequency options.
Setting up filters
You can also apply filters to the notifications to ensure that you only get alerts for items that are important to you. This allows you to ‘filter’ out notifications that are less relevant and focus on those that you may want to act on sooner.
To access the notification filters, click the Down arrows or Activate a schedule (see above). Look for the Add Filter(s) button:
Clicking that will open the Filter dialog. These are like Filters that appear elsewhere in E-rate Manager and can be combined to allow you to create custom filters specific to your needs.
To add a notification Filter, click the Add Filter button in the pop-up dialog. Here you’ll see Field and Condition boxes. Select the Field (attribute) and Condition options and the Value box will be displayed.
