Login to E-rate Manager: https://erm.fundsforlearning.com/login
Click on Add Filters (More on Filters: click here)
Select an Attribute, Condition, and add a Value
Click Apply Filter button
To add the filtered results table to as a Saved View, click Save link, top right
Enter a name for your new view in the modal window and click Save button
