When you click on a Funding Request Number (FRN) in E-rate Manager, you will have access to the details about that request.

There are several sections that the request details are divided out among:

• Overview - basic request information

• Applicant Information - applicant name and address information

• Funding - total request amounts, status and disbursement detail

• Amounts - additional funding request amounts

• Line Items - request detail line level information

• Contact Information - form contact name, e-mail address and phone number

In this section you will find the applicant's:

• Billed Entity Number (BEN)

• Request service category

• Monthly and one-time totals

• Service Start Date

Line Items

Line item detail information, including the following items is available in this section:

• Service Function or Product Type

• Line monthly and one-time amounts

• Product information and quantity
