Login to E-rate Manager
From the sidebar, hoover over 471 icon and click on Funding Requests
Click on Add Filters button
Click on Select Attribute dropdown
Under the Narrow filters input box, type delivery
Select preferred Service Delivery Deadline
Add Condition and value
Click Apply button
