This article describes how to set up Filters and Saved Views that will allow you to view just your organization's funding data. This example shows Funding Request data but can easily be replicated for Form 470 or Form 471 data as well.
Filter Steps:
Start by navigating to the Funding Requests page: (E-rate Manager Funding Requests)
Click the Add Filters button to open the filter dialog.
In the Attributes, select the Form 471 section and then pick Billed Entity Number:
In the Conditions, select "equal to" if you have one BEN, or "in" if you have several.
In the Values, type your BEN(s), pressing enter between individual items.
Click Apply Filter
Saved Views Steps:
(Advanced and Enterprise plans only)
To save the current Filters and table customizations, click the view Save button.
Enter a new View name, i.e. "My Funding", then click Save again.
If you have the Enterprise plan, you can also share these views with others on your account by un-checking the "Mark as Private" checkbox.
Recalling Views
To recall this View later, just click the Saved Views button and select the appropriate item.
