Example Goal: Filter Funding Requests, limit to Funding Year: 2023

1. Open the Funding Requests Page

2. Click Add Filters+

3. In Attribute, select: Form 471-> Year

4. In Condition, select: Equal To

5. In Value, enter: 2023

   

6. Click: Apply Filter

Funding Year request for states that you have access to will be displayed. 

Example Goal: Add two states to the filter we just created above. 

1. Click Add Filters+

2. In Attribute, select: Form 471->State

   

3. In Condition, select: In

   

4. In Value, type OK and press Enter

   

5. In Value again, type desired state (OK & TX for this example)

   

6. Click Apply Filter

   

   The final result is now filtered on both Funding Year 2023 and the states of Oklahoma and/or Texas
