You can use Saved Views to save and quickly recall a list of results with Filters and Customizations already applied. This allows you to quickly access important data.
Clicking the Saved Views button will display a list of views, specific to the data you are viewing
Click the View name in the list and it will be recalled along with any filters or table customizations you configured.
The Save button will be displayed whenever you modify a view by adding or changing a filter or by modifying the default columns. Clicking it will open the Save dialog where you can provide a name. If you are on the Enterprise plan, you will also have the option to mark a view as ‘Private’ which means that the view is only available to you. Otherwise, Views are shared and visible to all users on your account.
My Account
Saved Views can also be accessed on the My Account page. Just click you name in the upper-right and select My Account:
Look for the Saved Views menu option:
The table will list all views available to you. Use the linked name or the Open View button to access a Saved View:
The Filter drop-downs allow you to limit the list to specific forms or other data types:
If you are an account admin or the View owner, you can also Rename or Delete a Saved View by clicking the down-arrow on the Open View button:
