ERM Legacy Transition

Important dates

  • When will migration happen?

    • Migrations will begin around 8/1/2023.  We’ll notify you by email when the process starts and when your account is set up and ready for you to login and set up a new password.

  • When is the sunset date?

    • We will be sunsetting access to the legacy platform on a future date and plan to make both systems available for the time being.  We also realize that your team may need more time to transition, so we’ll be providing additional transition resources and an opportunity to allow for more time to help your users transition to the new system.

Note: Your existing username and password to access the legacy version of E-rate Manager have not changed, and you will still be able to access that version at:  Legacy E-rate Manager Login

How to contact Funds For Learning (FFL)?

How will this affect my current subscription?

  • Access to your account in the legacy system will continue through the transition period, and once accounts have been set up for you in the new system, you will be able to access both versions.

What can I expect during the transition phase?

  • During the transition, you will receive notifications when the process starts as well as when your access to the new platform is available. You will also be able to continue to access the legacy platform. We will also make more resources available in our online help center located at: E-rate Manager Help Center

How can I update my billing details?

  • Once your account has been migrated to the new platform, you will be able to manage all your subscription details directly from within that application. You will be able to set up your payment details to ensure uninterrupted service when your account renews, as well as manage the number of users on your account and select the data plan options.

How will this affect users on my account?

  • Your current users will still be able to access the legacy system during the transition period. Once migration is complete all users will be able to set up new passwords and access the new system as well.

What do I need to do now?

  • Login to your E-rate Manager account and confirm that your billing information is accurate.

  • Make sure all active user accounts in the legacy system are current since they will automatically be migrated to the new E-rate Manager platform.
