Customizing tables


Change columns and display order

You can modify both the columns displayed as well as the order of displayed columns using the Customize Table option.  Look for the
ellipses button located above the table. 

 

Clicking the ellipses will display the field chooser dialog:

Simply check the box next to the fields you want to be displayed.  You can also use the Up/Down arrows to move a column around in the display order.  The table will be updated automatically as you make changes.   

The Pin button allows you to fix the position of the displayed column.  Pinned columns will remain fixed in the view when working with a large table and you scroll the view left or right. 

 

Note: remember that you can use Saved Views to store table customizations for easy recall later on. 


Change number of rows displayed

If you would like to change the number of rows of a table that are displayed, use the 'rows per page' dropdown to select the desired number:

Download a table to a spreadsheet

Use the Download button to create an export file that can be opened in Microsoft Excel or other tools to create reports or calculations based on the E-rate data listed in the table.  The download file will be in a CSV (text file) format and will contain the rows and columns of the currently displayed table.
